Holiday Lets Koh Samui : This luxury villa in Thailand is great for a family or friends stay. A perfect marriage of the European comfort and Asian hospitality, this high-end house with a pool is totally equipped for a carefree vacation. Catering up to 12 guests, the rental comprises of five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two guest toilets, a garden shower, a living-dining room, a kitchen, a Thai sala, an open-air lounge and a veranda. Three bedrooms are furnished with double beds, the other three feature twin beds. All the bathrooms are ensuite and benefit from marble floor and impeccable finishing. Two of them are fitted with bathtubs and indoor and open-air shower, while the others have only indoor and open-air showers. A delicious dinner prepared in the totally-equipped Siemens kitchen can be enjoyed either in the living-dining room or in the open-air lounge featuring an al-fresco dining area, bar counter, a stereo system and a iPod dock. The living room has sitting area with TV with international channels and a DVD player. Tha Thai-style sala is fitted with lounge furniture pieces. here is a parking for one vehicle at the entrance of the property.

As Mae Nam is somewhat remote, you will neither see crowds of tourists nor traffic around this area. Such degree of privacy is unavailable anywhere else and is perfect for a quiet vacation. The turquoise water and lush greenery attract many nature photographers. This area keeps alive its authentic atmosphere. Despite its relative tranquillity, Mae Nam hosts a great choice of places to spice up your holiday. The area is rich in dining, shopping and nightlife facilities, attractions and activities. Among them, there is a popular and buzzing weekly Walking Street and an award-winning Barracuda Restaurant as well as thrilling watersport activities. The Walking Street is only a couple of hundred metres long but you will find here lots of interesting stalls, snack vendors and even mobile cocktail bars. There is something for everyone in Mae Nam. Moreover, it is also quite close to the famous party venues at Koh Phangan. Mae Nam is home to the 18 hole Santiburi Championship Golf Course with its spectacular sea views of the island from its unique club house viewpoint. It’s worth climbing up even if you’re not a golfer, at least to enjoy its great drinks and food.

Dagelijkse Schoonmaak: General cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms on the weekdays.
Belastingen: All taxes are included.

Ontbijt: Continental and hot breakfast are included every morning from 6:30 to 10:30 am
Luchthaven Transfer: One roundtrip (pick-up and drop-off) of airport transportation is
included per villa. For additional one way transfer we charge USD$17
(should guests arrive at different times).

Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of
50% of the total payment, divided into 20% and 30%. One (1) month
before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security
Deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the
reservation deposit is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1)
month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not
refundable.
