Surrounded by teak wooden deck it provides a lounging area completed with seating, sun deckchairs and umbrellas for shade. Adjacent to the living area is the open-air dining sala outfitted with dining table and stereo system. This is a perfect spot to enjoy the cocktails and beats, while watching the sunset. The master bedroom features king size bed, TV, DVD player, integrated sound system and private bathroom. The ensuite is spacious and tastefully finished with opulent black crocodile tiles. There you will see a separate rain shower, freestanding bathtub, separate toilet and double basins. This suite also has a large walk-in wardrobe and a direct access to the pool area. Take external staircase to get to the lower level where you will see the fitness room. It is bright and light, mindfully designed to enjoy sea views and breeze whilst exercising. Guests will never be bored here. This enormous room features state of the art equipment, lounging area, a professional pool table, an AppleMac computer, a wall mounted TV with DVD player and an integrated sound system. On the same floor, you will find three bedrooms and media room. Two bedrooms feature king size beds, private balconies and ensuite bathrooms with shower. The third bedroom is ideal for kids. It also has a private balcony and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Go to media room, sink in to the large comfortable sofa and pick one of the many available movies and enjoy greqat time with your family or friends.

Check in/out policy
Check-in is normally 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 a.m. Early/Late Check in/Check out: is subject to availability and is charged at 50% of the daily rate. After 18:00 a full days rate is applicable.
Payment Policy
In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 65% of the total payment, divided into 15% and 50%. The remaining 35% is due latest within 60 days prior to arrival. A 10% security deposit of no less than 925 EUR is required at the time of check in to cover any breakages or damages to the villa or its contents. Security deposit will be returned upon check out following a full inspection of the villa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, the entire rental amount will be forfeited. Cancellation within 31 days or more before the beginning of the rental period, the Lessor will forfeit 65% of the rental amount.
