Sitting half-way from Florence to Siena, this countryside villa enjoys lovely Tuscany views. This house is only half-an-hour drive from Florence, the cradle of Renaissance and open-air museum. All the essential facilities are situated in San Casciano Val di Pensa, just 12 minutes´ drive away. The property is fenced. It enjoys a private swimming pool and a garden, AC and WIFI. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus an attic room, sleeping 10 adults and 2 children. The floor area is 318 m2.

Ground floor

This level houses a spacious living room with a fireplace and a sitting area. Also, there is a totally equipped traditional Tuscan kitchen, a double bedrooms and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom. The kitchen comes with a fridge, a dishwasher and a stove. There is a laundry area.

First floor

Further on, the first floor enjoys another living room with a sitting area and a TV, a dining room and another kitchen. In addition, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are double, the 3d one comes with twin beds.

Attic floor

The attic floor is accessed via a wooden ladder from the living room. It houses a bedroom with 2 beds.

Outdoors

The Tuscany villa rental benefits form a private swimming pool and a garden with manicured lawns. There is a small sunbathing area with loungers, a BBQ area and a private parking.

Sitting within a easy drive to San Casciano Val di Pensa, once a rich town on the road to Rome. Nowadays it is a small town with narrow winding roads. Its old town is surrounded by 7 m walls with two main gates - looking towards Florence and Siena as once it was a military post.
In addition, the house is within half-an-hour drive from the majestic Florence, the cradle of Renaissance. It houses many must-sees of the are including Uffizi Museum, the Accademia, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo della Signora, palazzo Pitti and many others. 
The charming Siena is around 43 minutes´ drive away, Montalcino and Montepulciano can be reached within less than an hour and a half.

Payment Policy

In order to reserve the property you must pay a reservation deposit of 50% of the total payment. One (1) month before arrival shall be paid the balance together with the Security Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than one (1) month before the arrival date: the reservation deposit (50%) is not refundable. Cancellation less than one (1) month before the arrival date: 100% of the total rental price is not refundable.
