It offers a lot of unique architecture and modern art pieces, exclusive shops and great restaurants. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. There is a LCD TV in the bedroom. You can use the sofa in the living room as a bed for two people (1,60 m). There you can relax and watch TV on a large LCD (42 inch satellite), listen to your favorite music with Hi-Fi system or watch a DVD. In the bathroom you have a shower with tempered glass and a toilet. The apartment hash Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating with eco solar panels. There is an iron and ironing board. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge and freezer, washing machine, oven (conventional and microwave functions), kitchenware and coffee machine. The residence has a lift and parking. Eixample is a safe and residential part of the city but there is also a vibrant nightlife and a thriving caf culture. Eixample is a beautiful barrio to wander round, take in the glorious architecture and people-watch from one of the many cafe terraces. Paseo de Gracia is the main street in this area which is the hart of Barcelona. This is the most emblematic street in Barcelona within walking distance from Las Ramblas, Plaza de Catalua and Diagonal Avenue. Nowadays Paseo de Gracia is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. Along this road are La Pedrera and Casa Batllo, two of Gaudis characteristically dreamlike buildings. Rambla de Catalunya is a another major street in the area Eixample and one of the city s trendiest streets, with many international fashion shops and lined with lime trees and caf terraces. It can be seen as an extension into the Eixample of the famous Las Ramblas. Belastingen: All the taxes are included, except for the Tourist City Tax of 0,75-1,5 EUR per person and night with the maximum of 7 nights, payable by every guest of Barcelona from 16 years old.

Payment Policy

The apartment on Passeig de Gracia, though small, fulfilled our needs perfectly. A few issues with the hot water, but other than that, we were very happy with it and with the fact that we had access to the concierge services in the hotel.
