This modern villa stands out for its outdoor facilities and stylish interior design. Well appointed, the garden enjoys a private 22 x 3,5 m pool, a Jacuzzi for up to 10 people, a sunbathing area, a BBQ-dining and an outdoor lounge. In addition, there is an exterior gym. The home sits less than 20 minutes from Sitges beach, about 30 minutes from the airport and around 45 minutes from Barcelona. Its location makes it a perfect destination for those wishing to keep close to the city but not too close.
Please, note that this house does not accept any kind of events or parties due to the neighbourhood norms.

The villa enjoys 6 bedrooms and sleeps 12 people. All of them come with AC. One of the bedrooms has a writing desk.
Bedroom 1: upper floor, double bed, dressing area, jetted tub, bathroom, access to the terrace.
Bedroom 2: upper floor, double bed, bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 3: lower floor, queen-size bed, bathroom shared with bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4: lower floor, queen-size bed, bathroom shared with bedroom 3.
Bedroom 5: lower floor, double bed, free-standing bath, bathroom, connected to bedroom 6 via internal staircase.
Bedroom 6: basement floor, twin beds, connected to bedroom 5 via internal staircase.
Living areas
The unit enjoys a living room with a sofa, a TV, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen with a lot of natural light entering through the big windows. The kitchen enjoy a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, induction hob, pots and pans.
There is a washing machine and a dryer.
Outdoors
The best part of the house are the exterior areas. There is a big private pool, an ample Jacuzzi, an outdoor gym, a lounge and an al-fresco dining area with a BBQ. The pool enjoys a sunbathing area.
The garden and the pool are equipped with CCTV system with active footage 24/7.

Payment Policy
In order to book, you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50%.
The balance along with the damage deposit are due no later than 1 month before arrival
