Further on, the first floor houses the living areas. There is a spacious living-dining room benefiting form stunning sea views. There is an open-plan totally equipped kitchen. It enjoys direct access t the BBQ area. The space opens on a terrace. It features an al-fresco dining table and a swimming pool of 8 x 4 m.
Second floor
The sleeping area is upstairs. The second floor houses three bedrooms. One of the is an en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed. Its bathroom enjoys a bathtub and a shower.
