This Costa Brava vacation villa is a carefully restored 18th century farmhouse featuring a big garden. It boasts a spa area with a Jacuzzi, a swimming pool, a paddle court, a games room, a library and a BBQ area. There are eight double bedrooms, all come with private bathrooms either with a hot tub or a hydro-massage shower. All the bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds that can be split into twins upon request and feature smart TVs and laptop-size safe boxes. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. The entertainment facilities of the Costa Brava luxury villa for rent include a smart TV, piped music system and WIFI. The house comprises a hall, a landing, a laundry area with a washing machine, a living room accessing the garden, an attic lounge area. a kitchen and a dining room. Payment Policy

In order to book you shall pay a reservation deposit of 50% in two steps. The rest together with the security deposit is payable no later than ONE (1) month before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

All the cancellations shall be done in written. In case of cancellation more than eight weeks (8) before arrival, the reservation deposit is non refundable. In case of cancellation eight (8) weeks before arrival or less, 100% of the rent shall be paid. Failure to pay the balance one (1) month before arrival is considered to be a cancellation provoked by the guests.
